This family home was designed to maximize flow through the house and into the backyard. The main living area has a large wall of glass open to a covered patio, as does the kitchen/family room.
The homeowner requested that traditional materials such as brick and stone be used in a contemporary house. The brick blends well with the surrounding 70’s ranch-style homes while maintaining a modern statement.
